Tanisha Heaston, Ed.D. is a national education consultant and strategist with over 22 years of experience in leadership development. As Founder and Managing Partner of Acceleration Partners, she leads a national consulting firm specializing in executive coaching, team building, strategic planning, and capacity building for organizations and mission-driven entities. Acceleration Partners has supported over 75 organizations and 1,200 participants across 12 states, helping to strengthen strategic leadership and successful outcomes.
Dr. Heaston has served as a teacher, school leader, coach, and organizational strategist, bringing deep expertise in aligning vision with action. Her work has helped accelerate the leadership development of over 300 organizational leaders, resulting in measurable gains in organizational coherence and successful outcomes.
Jonathan Humphrey,
Chief Operating Officer
Jonathan Humphrey is a dedicated and impact-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has held key roles in management, coaching, talent development, and program coordination across diverse organizational settings.
Jonathan is passionate about driving meaningful change and empowering teams to reach their full potential. Currently, he works as a consultant specializing in leadership development, talent and workforce strategy, project management, and organizational design. He is also the co-founder of Fathers First, a nonprofit organization that empowers fathers to engage meaningfully in the lives of their children and communities.
